During the strategy day, at which Business Doctors first met the management team at SAL, we were able to focus everyone on what was important to the business. By identifying strengths and weaknesses, Business Doctors were able to implement a working strategy to move the business forward.
Since this time, the management team at SAL have been able to focus on all the areas of the business that really mattered.
In six months sales grew by 10% and margins increased by 4%!
During the next phase, Business Doctors held a series of one-to-ones with each member of the sales team. The personal orientation profiles carried out on each of the sales team helped identify how SAL should manage them more effectively. It gave the management the chance to really understand how each member of the team felt about SAL.
Now, everyone works as much more of a team.
