About Simon Grant
With over 20 years board level experience I understand the challenges facing business owners on a day to day basis whether it is creating and delivering a robust plan, growing sales, controlling costs, improving margins, working capital management, employing the right people in the right places or producing the right management information.
Prior to becoming a Business Doctor I was a Finance Director (Chartered Accountant/MBA) with broad general management experience gained in the UK and overseas (Africa & Asia). I have worked in the commercial, not-for-profit and education sectors. As well as my finance duties I have been an interim CEO and run IT & HR departments, operations along with fleet and property management. I am also a Non-Executive Director of a training company and a trustee of a local charity.
