Clear Books started working with Chris Simpson and Martin Vessey from the Business Doctors through the Growth Accelerator Program. At the time Clear Books had gone through a period of growth, doubling its head count in less than a year. Following that growth, the Business Doctors came in and challenged the status quo around KPIs, team organisation and sales. These new ideas led to the implementation of new initiatives that have helped improve the communication and performance of the company.
