New Business Doctor in Hereford
February 20th, 2018
Jason French works with the leaders of small and medium sized businesses to help them discover or re-discover their specific vision and then helps them achieve it.
Over a challenging career, he has developed strong practical experience and expertise in strategic planning, risk, training and advising, project management, compliance, and above all, leadership.
But he didn't start to develop his impressively diverse CV in an office environment. This Sandhurst graduate spent 17 years in the British Army before gaining an MBA and training to become a Business Doctor.
While many of his ex-Officer peers have applied their experience of leadership under pressure to management consultancy roles with the likes of KPMG and Deloitte, Jason decided to get involved with smaller businesses in a more hands on way.
"When you're working with an SME, you can really see the results of your work and the positive impact it has on the business owner.”
"I find that very satisfying," he says.
Jason's training and experience, both in the UK and overseas, has equipped him with first class problem solving skills, an aptitude for out-of-the-box thinking and a powerful drive to get things done.
"Small business owners won't put up with consultants that are all talk," he says. "They must see positive action and real change.”
"Business Doctors only work with SMEs and we have our feet firmly on the ground. We are well used to rolling up our sleeves and walking with that business through their change, helping where we can, prodding and driving where necessary. We do not stop until they have achieved their own vision of success."
Jason is fluent in German and is developing his French.
His patch covers Hereford and southern Powys, including Brecon, Hay on Wye and Ystradgynlais.
